I try to share the wonder I find in nature by conveying my outdoor experiences in an ethereal way. I believe that being outside is good for the soul, and I believe living with artwork which reflects the beauty and spirituality of nature keeps us connected to the natural world. I use a combination of traditional oil paints and cold wax medium (a blend of bees wax and mineral oil) which allows me to explore a more impressionistic and abstract style using layers and texture.
