About Christine Kminek

I am a self-taught mixed media artist with a love for the whimsical and absurd. I use recycled materials in all of my art and draw from my extensive collection of hoarded magazines, books and fabrics to create pieces inspired by the small joys of life and big imagination.

As a mother of five and collector of animals; art imitates life for me, colorful and chaotic.

I work from both my space in the Artists Collective and my home studio in Boiling Springs.
